NEILLSVILLE, Wisconsin, United States--Standing tall in the city of Neillsville, Wisconsin is Chatty Belle, a giant Holstein fitted with a voice box; she stands 16 feet high at the shoulders and is 20 feet long, seven times as large as the average Holstein, thus setting the world record for being the World's Largest Talking Cow, according to the WORLD RECORD ACADEMY.

"Chatty Belle's name resulted from a contest held in 1966 and won by a first grader named Jody Hartl. For coming up with the best name, she received 100 pounds of butter and a trip to the Grassland Dairy Cheese Factory, the waymarking.com reports.

GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS also recognized the world record for the tallest cow ever; it is Blosom, who was owned by Patricia Meads-Hanson (USA), and measured 190 cm (74.8 in) from the hoof to the withers, in Orangeville, Illinois, USA, on 24 May 2014.
