Heaviest squat to parallel in a belted squat machine (female): world record asttempt by Kerstin Sellberg

Dublin, Ireland--Kerstin Sellberg, a 43 year old woman.a assage therapist and Yoga teacher with two Masters degrees and a background in education and learning modalities,  who runs a Personal training studio where she train the body and mind together, will try to set the new world record for the Heaviest squat to parallel in a belted squat machine (female), at Westside, Verona, Grove Rd, Blanchardstown, Dublin, Ireland, according to the WORLD RECORD ACADEMY.

"I would like to set this NEW world record to show others that we are capable of much more than we generally think, that age is just a number and that if we use our minds in the right direction we can make the impossible possible," said Kerstin Sellberg.

According to the very strict rules enforced by the World Record Academy, Kerstin will also have to submit two anti-doping tests, too.

"Kerstin Sellberg is setting this record to demonstrate that all humans possess superhero powers. What we normally perceive to be natural limitations due to age, sex or other factors that may seem very real at the time are perceived rather than reality.

"Kerstin has been trained by Dr.Tony Quinn (Expert in Mind Technology) to use a greater part of the mind which allows her to do extraordinary things such as performing a 300kg squat to parallel but the point here is that we are all capable of extraordinary things.

"All we need to do is learn the steps involved in applying more of the mind than normal in the direction that we want to go."

"I believe that women should be strong and powerful. Being able to do the extraordinary, to achieve something to be proud of is very empowering and something everyone should get to experience because success is actually a habit that we learn and therefore I would like to do this to set a good example.

"I often hear my clients, both men and women, tell me about all sorts of limitations and reasons why they can't do or achieve or be what they really want. I even hear people in their twenties say that they are getting old. I can see that they have much more potential than they think and after just a few days of us working together they normally end up surprised at how much they have already accomplished.

"I would like this World record to inspire and empower ordinary people to go in search of their own power and potential. I would like to help people realise that their greatest asset can actually be found within them (in the mind).
There is plenty of research to prove that there is a strong connection between the body and the mind but I feel we have still not fully realised just how powerful this is, even for achieving great health."

Kerstin has been involved in lifting weights along with education for over twenty years.

Re-educating the mind to be able to use a greater part to lift a weight that a woman (and probably also most men) would not normally be able to lift, using just pure physical strength, is a fun and extremely interesting challenge but it is also something much more important than that; It is proof that ordinary people have superpowers and that the mind can overcome matter.
